Your withdrawal may have been rejected because the entered PayPal account details were incorrect. Make sure you’ve entered your PayPal account number, not your card information number.

While rare, the Cashback amount and statuses are sometimes adjusted by our store partners according to your purchase status. For instance, if you've canceled or returned products, the Cashback earned will be adjusted accordingly.
