I did not receive my Cashback withdrawal

I did not receive my withdrawal. What should I do?

Typically, you will receive your Cashback in your PayPal account within five working days from the date of request. You may experience slight delays during federal holidays.

You may also want to double check your PayPal account details before you make a withdrawal request, as incorrect details are the primary cause of delays.


What you can do if it's been unusually long

If your reflected Cashback withdrawal status is "Paid", a transfer has likely been made by ShopBack. You can request for a Remittance Advice from us as a proof of payment.

To request for a remittance advice, go to your "Withdrawal History", click on the withdrawal to expand the statement and select "Need help?".
Click "Request for transfer proof" and follow the prompt on chatbot. You can only make a request within 30 days from the date you requested your withdrawal.

Once you've received the Remittance Advice, contact PayPal with it as proof to investigate the missing payment.
