My Cashback status doesn’t seem correct. What should I do?
You’re concerned with your Cashback status because it's not updating to reflect any recent changes. Or, your Cashback has expired and you’re looking for ways to reinstate it. Here’s how we can help in those situations.
What you can try
If you see "Calculating" in your Cashback status
For travel bookings
For most travel-related purchases such as hotel or flight bookings via Expedia or Trip.com, the Cashback will only be validated after you've completed your travel. The exact time frame may vary by each travel booking company. You will need to visit the partner store's page on ShopBack for the full terms and conditions including estimated Cashback tracking times.

To find more in-depth information about your Cashback, go to your Lifetime earnings on the home screen. Then, go to Cashback activity and expand on Pending to reveal the details.
To find more in-depth information about your Cashback, hover over your Account icon and click Cashback Overview. Then, expand on Pending on your purchase to reveal the Cashback details.
For non-travel purchases
For all purchases that are not travel-related, your Cashback amount will be updated after your purchase has been accepted and confirmed by our partner stores.
You can find out more details about the estimated time frame by clicking into your "Lifetime earnings" on your account page, followed by "Cashback activity", and then click on the status "Pending" to reveal more details.
If you see " Pending" in your Cashback status
Once you've made an online purchase, the Cashback you earn will be reflected as "Pending". This will change to "Confirmed" once the date shown in your Cashback Overview has passed.

If you see "Expired Cashback" in your Cashback status
In order to keep your Cashback valid, you will need to make at least one valid purchase on ShopBack within a 12 month period. You will be reminded approximately 2 months before your Cashback expires via email.
