ShopBack offers shipping rebates to our browser extension users. This guide explains:

What are shipping rebates?
In ShopBack, shipping rebates refer to an amount of money that we return to you, to help reduce shipping costs associated with your online purchase.
You initially receive a shipping rebate in the form of a digital token, which you can choose to redeem during your shopping. Redemption is in the form of a Cashback after your purchase, not as a discount.
Using and redeeming shipping rebates
You can redeem a shipping rebate only when shopping with ShopBack’s browser extension. Here are the steps:
- Make sure you have ShopBack browser extension installed on the browser you’re doing your shopping on.
- Visit the store’s website to shop as usual.
- When you reach the store’s checkout page, ShopBack browser extension will prompt you to activate Cashback and redeem your available shipping rebates. You’ll see the value of the shipping rebate and you can choose not to apply it.
- Continue to pay and check out. Note that at this point, you’ll be paying any shipping fees in full.
- If you’ve chosen to apply your shipping rebate, you’ll see the amount tracked as Cashback in your ShopBack account after you complete the purchase. ShopBack will need to wait for the store to confirm your purchase with us before making the Cashback available for you to withdraw.
Note: If you haven't added Cashback withdrawal information, you'll need to do this in order to turn the shipping rebate Cashback status to "confirmed".
