Things to note

Before you withdraw, here are some things to note.

Minimum Balance

You can withdraw your bonus Cashback once your Confirmed Cashback reaches $10

Withdrawal limits

You can only withdraw up to $300 a day.

Time frame

  • Typically, you will receive your Cashback within 10 calendar days from the date of request. However, you might face slight delays during federal holidays and it could take up to 30 days for you to receive your Cashback withdrawal as this is processed in batches and subject to our payment partner's approval.
  • Ensure your PayPal account/ACH Transfer details are correctly updated before you request a withdrawal as incorrect withdrawal details are the primary cause of delays to Cashback being credited to you.

PayPal

You need to claim your PayPal withdrawal in your PayPal account within 30 days, otherwise it will be returned to ShopBack. See “Claim your PayPal withdrawal” below for how to do this.

Claim your PayPal withdrawal

If your PayPal withdrawal shows as pending, ShopBack has already sent the money. It's just waiting for you to claim it in PayPal. This usually happens when the email address you added to ShopBack isn't linked to a PayPal account yet, or hasn't been confirmed. Unclaimed payments are returned to ShopBack after 30 days, so claim yours as soon as possible.

  1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from PayPal about a payment from ShopBack Inc. It's sent to the email address you added as your withdrawal method in ShopBack.
  2. Don't have a PayPal account with that email address? Sign up for PayPal using exactly the same email address.
  3. Already have a PayPal account, but with a different email address? Add the email address you used in ShopBack to your PayPal account settings.
  4. Confirm the email address by clicking the link in PayPal's confirmation email. You can't receive payments at an unconfirmed email address.
  5. Log in to PayPal and go to Activity. If the payment from ShopBack Inc shows an Accept option, click it to add the money to your PayPal balance.

Incorrect PayPal details

If the email address you added in ShopBack is incorrect or no longer in use, you won't be able to claim the payment, and the money will be returned to ShopBack after 30 days. Once it reaches us, it's automatically added back to your Cashback balance and you can withdraw it again. Double-check your withdrawal details before each withdrawal. If you need to update them, check out Problems adding or verifying your withdrawal info.
