Withdraw your Cashback

Here's a guide to everything you need to know about withdrawing Cashback!

Add your withdrawal info

Go to the withdrawal page while logged in. In the app, it’s in AccountWithdraw.

If you’re on the ShopBack website, hover over the Account icon next to your Cashback earnings and click "Withdraw money" and follow these steps:

  1. Select "e-Wallet transfer".
  2. Select "Add an e-Wallet" to add your PayPal account details.
  3. Fill in your details when prompted.
  4. After adding your PayPal account details, we’ll send you an email to verify the information. The email will only be valid for 30 minutes. Before you withdraw, here are some things to note.

Minimum Balance

You can withdraw your bonus Cashback once your Confirmed Cashback reaches $5

Withdrawal limits

You can only withdraw up to $300 a day.

Time frame

    • Typically, you will receive your Cashback within 5 calendar days from the date of request. However, you might face slight delays during federal holidays and it could take up to 30 days for you to receive your Cashback withdrawal as this is processed in batches and subject to our payment partner's approval.
    • Ensure your PayPal account details are correctly updated before you request a withdrawal as incorrect withdrawal details are the primary cause of delays to Cashback being credited to you.

Proof of Cashback Withdrawal

  1. Go to Account → Cashback → Cashback Out.
  2. For the withdrawal you'd like to request the remittance advice for, tap Get withdrawal help.
  3. Select Get proof of transfer and follow the prompt from the chatbot.
  4. You should receive your remittance advice via email within 24 hours.
