The emails I receive do not match my settings

The email settings I’ve set are not working properly. What should I do?

I’ve unsubscribed, but I’m still receiving emails

If you're receiving emails relating to your Cashback activity, check the type of emails you’re still receiving:

  • Are they promotional?
  • Or related to your ShopBack account activity?

We’re required to send you emails about your account activity, such as Cashback transactions and withdrawal updates, to keep your account secure.

However, you can opt out of all promotional marketing emails. If you’ve already opted out but are still receiving them, reach out to our virtual assistant for additional assistance.

I’ve subscribed to emails, but I’m not receiving any

After subscribing, you should start receiving the good stuff right away! Just double-check your notification settings to make sure they’re enabled.
